Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms before booking a webinar or training with us.

1. Who you are contracting with
This website and the AI training services offered on it are operated by MIND WORK (“MIND WORK”, “we”, “us”), trading as AI Trainer Liberia. By registering for a webinar, buying a ticket or continuing to use the site, you agree to these terms and confirm you are of legal age or have authority to bind the organisation you represent.
2. What we provide
We provide live and recorded AI and digital-skills training, webinars, learning resources and prompt libraries. Everything sold online is a digital product or service: sessions are hosted over Zoom and all materials and certificates are delivered electronically by email or download. Nothing physical is shipped. Access is granted for your own use within the session or plan you booked. We do not guarantee that the site or any session will be uninterrupted or error free.
3. Acceptable use
You must not use the service unlawfully, commit fraud or send spam, infringe anyone's intellectual property, or interfere with security (malware, probing, scraping, circumventing technical limits). You must keep your registration details accurate and your access credentials confidential. Course materials may not be resold or redistributed.
4. AI content and accuracy
Our training covers generative AI tools. Outputs from AI tools may be inaccurate or incomplete and are not professional, legal, financial or medical advice. You are responsible for your prompts, for verifying outputs before relying on them, and for holding the rights to any content you submit into a tool during a session. We may remove content and refuse or suspend participation for illegal content, deepfakes, hate speech, malware or repeated infringement.
5. Intellectual property
MIND WORK retains ownership of the website, curriculum, slides, templates and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use materials for your own learning.
6. Payment and billing
Card checkout on this website is available only for our fully online, digital sessions — live webinars delivered over Zoom, together with the digital slides, templates, prompt packs and electronic certificate that accompany them. These products are delivered electronically. We do not ship, mail or hand over any physical goods, printed materials or hardware as part of a card purchase.
Bespoke engagements — on-site or hybrid workshops, corporate training and custom consulting — are not offered for sale on this website. They are scoped and quoted individually under a separate arrangement with MIND WORK and are settled directly with us, outside this site.
Our order process for card payments is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and exclude indirect or consequential loss (including lost profits, data or goodwill). Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Liberia, and disputes are subject to the courts of Liberia. Questions? Email us from the contact page.
