1. Who we are

MIND WORK, trading as AI Trainer Liberia, is the data controller for the personal data described here. You can reach us using the details on the contact page.

2. What we collect and why

• Registration details — name, email, phone/WhatsApp, country, occupation, AI experience and learning goals, so we can enrol you, run the session and issue your certificate (performance of our contract).
• Payment evidence — payment method, reference and any receipt you upload, to verify and approve enrolment for paid sessions (contract, legitimate interest in preventing fraud).
• Newsletter details — email and optional WhatsApp number, to send webinar announcements (consent, withdrawable at any time).
• Feedback — ratings and comments you submit after a session, to improve our training (legitimate interest).
• Technical data — IP address, device and usage information from our hosting and error logging, for security and reliability (legitimate interest).

3. Who we share it with

• Hosting, database and storage providers that run this site on our behalf.
• Resend, which delivers our transactional and newsletter emails.
• Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, for the sale of tickets, payments, invoicing and tax compliance. Paddle handles card data directly — we never see your card details.
• Professional advisers, and authorities where required by law.

4. Retention

Registration and certificate records are kept while they remain useful for verification (normally up to five years). Payment receipts are kept as long as needed for accounting and then deleted. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Data no longer needed is deleted or anonymised.

5. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, restrict or object to processing, or withdraw consent for marketing. Email us and we will respond within one month.

6. Security and cookies

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, access controls and row-level database security. Uploaded receipts are stored in a private bucket readable only by the administrator. We use essential cookies and local storage only, to keep the site working and to keep an administrator signed in — we do not run advertising cookies.
