30-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to every digital webinar ticket and digital resource sold on this website by MIND WORK (trading as AI Trainer Liberia).
How to request a refund
Card payments are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with your order details, or contact us from the contact page and we will handle it with Paddle for you. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Bespoke engagements arranged offline
On-site or hybrid workshops and custom organizational programs are not sold on this website — they are quoted and settled separately with MIND WORK. If you paid for one of those directly, email or WhatsApp us with your registration ID (AIT-XXXX) and we will refund you by the same method within 30 days of your payment date.
Rescheduled or cancelled sessions
If we cancel a session and cannot offer you a suitable alternative date, you receive a full refund regardless of when the session was booked. See also Paddle's refund policy.
